HEBRON FIRE DEPARTMENT
The Town of Hebron is seeking sealed proposals for the Fire Department for an ambulance. Bid documents are available at the Town Manager’s Office, Town Office Building, 15 Gilead Street, Hebron, Connecticut, 06248.
All proposals must be sealed and must be received at the Town Manager’s Office prior to the due date. All proposals are due no later than Friday, November 16, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “RFP # 2019-04 Hebron Fire Department Ambulance” on the outside of the envelope. The proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud at the Town Office Building.

The Town of Hebron will award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder and reserves the right to waive any technical defects in the bids and to reject any bids which do not conform to the terms and conditions in the bid specifications.
The Town of Hebron also reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive the informalities or irregularities in the bid procedure or bids when it is deemed by the Board of Selectmen that it is in the best interest of the Town to reject.
