and Senior Social Worker
The Town of Hebron is seeking qualified candidates for a
full-time (40 hours per week) salaried position of Adult
and Senior Social Worker. This position is responsible for
identifying adult Hebron residents who may be in need of
support services, face-to-face interviewing and assessing
clients, family members and/or caregivers, client centered
care plan developement, implementation and monitoring, problem-solving,
