December 2017 – Credit/Debit Cards and Echecks
Please be advised we are in the process of switching credit card vendors and are hoping to minimize the disruption to our taxpayers. This change will allow us to begin taking credit/debit cards in the office at the counter. The convenience fees will be dropping for 3% to 2.5% and a flat fee of $3.95 for debit card transactions. We are expecting our online payment system to be fully operational by 12/15/17 and to be swiping at the counter by 12/18/17. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Please note a change to our hours. Beginning July 1st the Tax Office and Assessor’s Office will close for lunch from 12:30-1:15 to accommodate changes in staff. Bills were mailed June 28th. We can accept payment beginning July 1, 2017. If you believe you should have received a bill and have not please contact our office.
