EVERSOURCE NOTICE: SUNDAY, APRIL 24, 2022
The Manchester to Village Hill Upgrade Project will need to work Sunday, April 24, in select locations in order to complete time sensitive work due to (internal outages and work that was rescheduled due to wind). This work will not interrupt electric service to residents or businesses.
In Hebron:
The Manchester to Village Hill Upgrade Project will need to work Sunday, April 24.
The work will entails structure and overhead line work, no drilling work. Access will be from North St. and East St.
Hours of construction will be 8 a.m. until 7 p.m.
This work will not interrupt electric service to residents or businesses.
Abutting property owners will be notified ahead of the work.

EVERSOURCE WORK – APRIL 10TH:
The Manchester to Village Hill Upgrade Project will need to work Sunday, April 10TH. The work will entail drilling work for two structures located on Eversource property off of East St. and North St. in Hebron.
Hours of construction will be 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. for one structure where there are no abutting residential homes.
This work will not interrupt electric service to residents or businesses. Abutting property owners will be notified ahead of the work.

CT DEEP MS4 Stormwater DRAFT 2021 Annual Report
In accordance with the requirements of the CT DEEP General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems, residents of the Town of Hebron are hereby informed that a draft pdf of the 2021 MS4 Annual Report, which summarizes municipal stormwater compliance activities conducted within the Town of Hebron during calendar year 2021, will be posted on the town website on or before February 15, 2022 for a forty-five day public review and comment period prior to the draft being finalized and submitted electronically to the CT DEEP on or before April 01, 2022. Residents are hereby encouraged to review the report and submit written comments between February 15, 2022 and March 31, 2022. All comments should be addressed to Wade Thomas, Town MS4 Consultant at [email protected].
