Mission
The mission of the Town of Hebron Public Works Department is to provide a safe and well maintained infrastructure and transportation system by keeping current with modern road maintenance technologies and production methods while adapting to the changing environment of a growing community.

OLD COLCHESTER ROAD BRIDGE REPLACEMENT UPDATES:
BRIDGE Old Colchester Rd Public Notice 2026
The area between 305 & 330 Old Colchester Road will be closed starting Monday 4/13 for the Old Colchester Road Bridge Replacement Project. Please see attached Public Notice.
For directions to get to the Transfer Station during this construction, please take Route 85, take a right onto Niles Road, and then a left onto Old Colchester Road. You can also take Route 85 to Hope Valley, continue straight as it turns into Reidy Hill, take a left onto Grayville Road, and take a right onto Old Colchester Road.
If you live on the north part of Old Colchester Road or surrounding side streets, you can take Northam Road or any of the other roads that connect to Hope Valley, continue as it turns into Reidy Hill, take a left onto Grayville Road, and take a right onto Old Colchester Road.
