Board of Assessment Appeals
The Board of Assessment Appeals in an elected board made up of 3 members. The board meets twice a year. You must apply to be heard by the board. The first meeting is in March to hear Real Estate, Personal Property and Supplemental Motor Vehicles. Applications for the March meeting to appeal the 2020 Grand List must be received by 1:00 pm in the Assessor’s Office on Friday February 19, 2021. The second meeting is in September and only hears Regular Motor Vehicles. To file for an appeal select the necessary form(s) below and return to the Assessor’s Office.
