Notice is hereby given, that the Public Work’s Department of the Town of Hebron shall hold a Public Information Meeting on January 28th, 2026 at 10:00 AM in the downstairs meeting room at Hebron Town Hall. This public meeting will be to inform and update the public about the Martin Road Reconstruction and Resurfacing Project. The project plan and status will be presented and there will be an opportunity for public comments.

2025 MS4 Stormwater Annual Report Notice
In accordance with the requirements of the CT DEEP General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems, residents of the Town of Hebron are hereby informed that a draft pdf of the 2025 MS4 Stormwater Annual Report, which summarizes municipal stormwater compliance activities conducted within the Town of Hebron during calendar year 2025, will be posted on the town website on or before February 15, 2026 for a forty-five day public review and comment period prior to the draft being finalized and submitted electronically to the CT DEEP on or before April 01, 2026. Residents are hereby encouraged to review the report and submit written comments between February 15, 2026 and March 31, 2026. All comments should be addressed to Wade Thomas, Town MS4 Consultant at [email protected].

Press Release
Pursuant to SS 12-145 of the CT Statutes, the undersigned Tax Collector of the Town of Hebron gives notice that she will be ready to receive Supplemental Motor Vehicle taxes and the second installment of Real Estate taxes due January 1, 2026 at the Tax Collector’s office at Hebron Town Hall, 15 Gilead St, Hebron, CT on Mon-Wed 8:00-4, Thur. 8:00-6 & Fri 8:00-1. Payments must be received or postmarked by 2/2/2026 to avoid interest.
All taxes remaining unpaid after February 2, 2026 will be charged an interest rate from January 1, 2026 at the rate of 1.5% for each month elapsing from the due date of the delinquent tax to the date of payment, with a minimum interest charge of $2.00 per installment. SS 12-146
Failure to send out or receive such bill does not relieve the taxpayer of his/her responsibility for the payment of taxes or delinquent charges. SS 12-130
