Due to the recent increase of COVID19, the Recycling Center/Transfer Station attendants will no longer be handling currency. We request that fees be deposited by residents in the drop box provided. Please bring exact change or fees will be rounded up to the nearest $5 increment.

Town Offices Closed to the Public Effective November 17, 2020
Effective Tuesday, November 17, 2020, and until further notice, the Hebron Town Offices will be closed to the public due to COVID-19. Town Staff will be working and responding to phone calls and email. The public is encouraged to conduct business electronically, by mail or drop boxes located in front of the Town Office Building and Horton House. If an essential service is required that cannot be conducted by these methods, an appointment will be necessary. Please call (860) 228-5971 and select the appropriate department to make an appointment or for further information.
We are taking these measures to protect the health of the public and Town staff. Thank you.

November 3, 2020 State Election
The Electors of the Town of Hebron are hereby warned to meet at their respective polling places in said town on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, for the following purposes:
- To cast their votes for Presidential and Vice-Presidential electors, Representative in Congress, State Senator, State Representative, and Registrar of Voters.
Notice is hereby given that the location of the polling places is as follows:

1 Hebron Elementary School
92 Church Street
Hebron, CT
Election Day Voter Registration will take place at the Hebron Elementary School, 92 Church Street, Hebron, CT.
Voting machines will be used. The polls will be opened at six o’clock in the morning (6:00 a.m.) and will remain open until eight o’clock in the evening (8:00 p.m.).

Voting Information – Presidential Election November 3, 2020
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic the State of CT has implemented voting options as follows:
Vote in Person on November 3rd:
If you wish to vote in person, the polls will be open from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Vote by Mail:
Every registered voter in Connecticut will receive an application for a Mail-In Ballot towards the end of September at the direction of Denise Merrill, Secretary of the State.
- If you choose to vote by mail please fill out the application and return it to our office right away.
- The Mail-In Ballots and/or Absentee Ballots become available on October 2nd. This is the date that CT Town Clerks can begin mailing your ballots.

Your ballot must be received by November 3rd.
